Marah is an Apparel Industry Consultant with 15 years of professional experience in the fashion industry. Her passion for apparel began at an early age, she learned sewing, draping, patternmaking, and design fundamentals through internships and classes as a teen in her hometown of Santa Fe, NM. The Summer after High School she moved to Los Angeles, CA to study Apparel Manufacturing Management. A graduate of FIDM, Marah understands fully, all aspects of the product life cycle for apparel and accessories. Marah spent over a decade working as an employee for companies such as Single, Maui and Sons, White Laundry, Pussycat Dolls ...Shhh By Robin Antin, K. Bell, and Renfro before she started working as an Independent Consultant. She has traveled overseas working with factories, sourcing fabric, and always being ‘the last eyes” for quality control on any brand. Not only does she have the obvious education and skills honed, but she also has the passion and drive it takes to develop products from start to finish.

  Marah has strong relationships with suppliers worldwide. She is able to source, develop and deliver almost any sewn product from the initial concept all the way to the consumer’s hands. Marah is an expert available for hire on a limited basis for select clients, she is selective about her clientele and prefers to stay focused on function, comfort, innovation, sustainability, and technology. Marah feels blessed to be able to surround herself with amazing, talented, creative, people who are honest and hard working. As an expert in creative problem solving, Marah understands that long-term planning is key to success.
